John Sisman
John studied for a degree in surveying at Nottingham Trent University graduating in 1992. He has over 25 years experience primarily in the South West and South Wales real estate market and advises a wide range of Institutional Funds, Lenders, Property Companies, Developers, Trusts and Private Individuals on all aspects of the commercial property market.
Having spent most of his professional life in Bristol working for some of the best known firms in the property market – Weatherall Green & Smith, GVA Grimley, LSH and Knight Frank – he established Sisman Property Consultants (SPC) in 2013.
John’s aim is to capitalise on his extensive commercial experience, reputation for providing quality, accurate and timely advice and his unparalleled contacts across the business community to guide his existing and new clients to make the right decisions at the right time to maximize the performance of their assets.
A member of the RICS since qualifying in 1993, he was the 76th President of the Bristol Property Agents Association in 2017 where he was also Honorary Membership Secretary for 8 years.

During his year as President he was delighted to be supporting Children's Hospice South West and Off The Record.
He is a member of the Investment Property Forum and a Fellow of Faculty of Built Environment and also on the local fundraising committee of RNLI.
Personal profile
John is married to Clare and loves to spend time with his wife and his two grown up children.
John’s other passion is rugby. He holds a season ticket at Bristol Rugby and is an RFU qualified level 2 coach. A member of Old Bristolians RFC for over 22 years he has coached the junior sides. He is an Honorary Life Member of the club and recent knee surgery means he is now a “non playing” member of the Vets!! He enjoys sailing and is an RYA qualified Day Skipper (always available to crew!), an enthusiastic high handicap golfer and is fond of cooking and fine wine.
