SPC originally acquired this suburban centre for clients. The business plan was to progress a planning application on the rear of the site for around 130 residential units and to undertake asset management and a programme of improvements to the retail units. Following the successful planning application for a new 188 residential development, SPC successfully disposed of the freehold to a third party developer.
