Whilst at Knight Frank, John acted as external property advisor to the Council during a competitive dialogue procurement process leading to the successful selection of a preferred developer and disposal of the freehold interest. This iconic Grade 2 listed building comprises in excess of 215,000 square feet and once redeveloped is likely to provide a new hotel, restaurant units and office space. SCP have been appointed as Consultant on the project.
