John advised the Trustees in all aspects of the successful disposal of this Grade 1 listed property to Bristol City Council & HCA. The building is in the heart of the Bristol Enterprise Zone and forms a strategic part of the city’s main rail station precinct. It is hoped that in the future the site will be redeveloped alongside Temple Meads Station thereby returning the buildings to their original use as designed by Isambard Kingdom Brunel.
